Description:

To offer successful training sessions, trainers must understand how adults learn and be able to navigate the full training cycle. In this course, we will cover training techniques, the importance of creating a positive classroom/learning environment, and how to match materials to learning goals. Whether offering traditional in-person training or virtual instruction, this course will provide you with essential skills for creating and delivering effective training sessions.

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Envision, think through, and create a plan of action to ensure an effective training program

  • Infuse training programs with the six elements of training success

  • Use training methods to reach a variety of learners

  • Apply brain-friendly techniques to maximize understanding and retention
