Dr. Willie Jones is a leadership development professional with over a decade of experience designing and delivering high impact and engaging learning solutions. He provides consultative services to frontline, mid-level, and senior level leaders across various industries. In professional roles, he has served as High School Teacher, Community College Instructor, Instructional Designer for University Professors, Training Consultant to a Fortune 250 organization, and Regional Training Director responsible for the North American region.

Dr. Tempestt Adams is an award winning educator, workshop facilitator, and professional speaker. Her specialty area is Career and Technical Education (CTE) and she has over ten years of teaching and leadership experience across the middle school, high school, community college, and university levels. While CTE encompasses a plethora of topics and subjects, at its core its focus is on career development skills.
