Description:
Diversity is a fact. Equity is a choice. Inclusion is an act. In today’s fast-paced, ever-changing, global world, leaders must be equipped with the knowledge, skills, tools, and resources to create and sustain diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
The course is designed to ensure leaders have a foundational understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. This signature program covers foundations of diversity, implicit bias, how diversity can be optimized for strong teams, and how leaders can collectively create and sustain a sense of belonging in the work place.
