Overcoming Your Most Toxic Trait: Being a Perfectionist

To perform at an optimal level, it is imperative that individuals strive for Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-bound (S.M.A.R.T) goals. Being a perfectionist does not meet this criteria because perfection is completely unrealistic. In this course, you will learn a better approach to achieving your goals by striving for excellence, not perfection.
