Description:

To perform at an optimal level, it is imperative that individuals strive for Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-bound (S.M.A.R.T) goals. Being a perfectionist does not meet this criteria because perfection is completely unrealistic. In this course, you will learn a better approach to achieving your goals by striving for excellence, not perfection.

Course Outcomes:

  • Increased engagement for individual contributors and people leaders

  • Improved business results stemming from increased employee and team effectiveness

  • Heightened self-awareness leading to better relationship management and decision-making

  • Enhanced communication resulting in improved situational awareness and conflict resolution

Learning Objectives:

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Examine the pros and cons of being a perfectionist

  • Pinpoint a preferred alternative to perfectionism

  • Differentiate the impact of perfectionism versus excellence

  • Create a plan for overcoming your most toxic trait

The course takes 3.5 hours to complete.
